All products are made to order and personalized. Please review names, colors, and details carefully before checkout. Once production starts, orders can’t be changed or canceled.

Shipping
Processing and shipping times may vary by product. Luvini is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping details.
Returns
Since our products are custom-made, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
